Alternative Dispute Resolution Opportunities The Trial Advocacy Board supports competitions in the field of alternative dispute resolution. In the last three years, the LSU Law Center has participated in various arbitration, mediation, and negotiation competitions, winning several honors in 2008-09. In 2009-10, the Law Center will host a regional round of the ABA National Arbitration Competition. Here are some results from 2008-09: LSU Law wins Third at National Arbitration Competition LSU Law wins Regional Round of ABA Arbitration Competition Other Competitions include: ABA National Mediation Competition ABA National Negotiation Competition Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition National Sports Arbitration Competition In addition, the Board hopes to establish an "intraschool" competition similar to the Ira S.
